Riviera Dining Group in Miami, FL seeks an AP Specialist to support the AP Manager in daily, weekly, and monthly finance duties. You will administer accounts payable, maintain the general ledger, and ensure accurate invoicing and vendor relations to help the Food and Beverage operation meet budget goals.

The role requires strong Excel skills, a accounting-focused degree, and the ability to handle month-end processes and audits. This is an on-site position within the RDG portfolio of venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with accounting emphasis.
• Strong numerical and financial data skills.
• Proficient with Excel spreadsheets.
• Willing to work hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the AP Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly duties.
• Enter A/P invoices and ensure correct GL coding.
• Maintain general ledger and AP records.
• Supervise Accounts Payable.
• Process AP paperwork from ownership entities.
• Set up new vendors and manage vendor relations.
• Process entries in the R365 accounting software.
• Handle AP inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end procedures and closing.
• Respond to inquiries, chargebacks, and audits.
