Job summary

RK Industries, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Denver, Colorado. The role supports daily accounting operations by processing vendor invoices, reviewing expense reports, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments.

You will work with seven business units across construction, manufacturing, fabrication, and building services, contributing to a growing organization while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all records.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Accounts Payable experience or subcontract entry experience.
• Experience with multiple ERPs such as Visa, IFS and Great Plains is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in invoice coding and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Enter and post vendor invoices, prepare checks, and review unapproved invoices daily.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, verify coding, and resolve discrepancies with Purchasing/Project Managers.
• Process employee expense claims and reconcile vendor statements.
