Job summary

RK Industries, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Specialist in Aurora, CO to help keep payments moving and strengthen customer relationships. The role processes payments, researches discrepancies, and reconciles cash across ERP systems, collaborating with project managers, customers, and AP teams.

The position requires experience in AR and cash applications, with familiarity across Vista, Great Plains, and IFS.

Qualifications

Experience in accounts receivable, cash applications, or related accounting functions.
Familiarity with applying customer payments and reconciling cash receipts.
Experience working across multiple ERP systems (Vista, GP, IFS).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Receive and review daily payment information (ACH, wires, checks, EFT).
Apply payments to open accounts and invoices in ERP systems.
Research and resolve unapplied or partially applied cash.
Monitor AR clearing and suspense accounts; ensure proper clearance.
Reconcile cash receipts with bank activity; prepare month-end docs.
Investigate short payments, overpayments, deductions, and write-offs as needed.
Collaborate with project managers, customers, and AP teams to resolve discrepancies.
