Midland Health is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to process and prepare payments and handle invoices with/without purchase orders. You will resolve discrepancies, verify entries daily, and reconcile vendor statements to support month-end accruals.

The role requires at least one year in accounts payable and proficiency with Excel/Word, with strong communication skills. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in Midland, TX.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent; minimum 1 year in accounts payable or related field.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Ability to operate office equipment and MMIS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Processes invoices for payment. Researches and assists in the resolution of invoice discrepancies.
• Responds to vendor payment inquiries.
• Verifies vendor statements; traces missing invoices and payments.
• Processes daily close. Prepares accrual report for Accounting at month-end.
