Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and maintain records.
• Prepare and schedule payments by check, ACH, or wire transfers.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings and AP reports.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
