Qualifications

• 2-4 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with ERP/accounting software packages (DS‑Solomon, Dossier, Tower, SAP, Great Plains, PeopleSoft, Ceridian).
• Oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase order logs and coordinate approvals.
• Assist in data transfer of PO/purchases/expenses to the GL/AP system.
• Process invoices by reviewing coding and approvals, reconciling to POs.
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure invoices are received and paid.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and in AP system.
• Maintain good vendor relations.
• Assist Regional AP clerk with reconciling invoices, POs, and expenses.
• Assist in calculating monthly AP accruals.
• Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
