L.K. Jordan & Associates is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in New Braunfels, TX. The role involves processing invoices, ensuring approvals, and maintaining organized records within a local oil supplier's accounting team.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with $25.00 hourly pay. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and willing to learn accounting procedures in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Willingness to learn accounting procedures and new responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, organize, and enter invoices into accounting software.
• Obtain required approvals before processing invoices.
• Prepare weekly accounts payable checks.
• Record ACH/EFT payments in the accounting system.
• Apply appropriate general ledger (GL) codes to invoices.
• Maintain accurate and organized scanned documents.
• Assist team members with additional accounting duties as needed.
