CDF - Doors, Frames & Hardware is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage the full cycle Accounts Payable for multiple entities and serve as the primary AP contact both internally and with vendors.

The ideal candidate has hands-on QuickBooks experience, strong intercompany accounting knowledge, and a proven ability to improve AP processes in a multi-entity manufacturing or distribution setting. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with emphasis on AP and intercompany processes.
• Experience supporting multiple legal entities or operating companies preferred.
• Experience with intercompany reconciliation and consolidating activity across entities.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle: receipt, coding, approval routing, payments.
• Code vendor invoices to GL accounts and cost centers; review discrepancies.
• Process weekly ACH, wire, and checks; maintain internal controls.
• Reconcile vendor statements and vendor master records; onboarding docs.
• Handle intercompany transactions and monthly intercompany balances.
• Assist month-end/year-end closing, accruals, and related reconciliations.
• Support audits with schedules and documentation; assist with sales tax reporting.
