Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process, update and maintain various routine accounting records and documents.
• Prepare accounting statements, billing documents and financial reports.
• Enter, retrieve and maintain data on computerized accounting system.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Reconcile / analyze accounting records for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with researching and solving accounting problems.
• Assist in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and University policy and procedures.
• Collect and record payments; issue receipts.
