True Oil LLC is seeking a full-time accounting clerk to join our Casper, Wyoming team on-site. The position handles AP entries, data entry across multiple systems, data validation, reconciliations, and vendor communications, with a focus on timely payments and discounts.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 2+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to read invoices and reports. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma and 2+ years in accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to read and interpret invoices and AR/AP reports.

Responsibilities

• Performs transactional AP entries.
• Performs advanced data entry into multiple accounting systems.
• Reviews and validates data entries.
• Performs complex account reconciliations.
• Utilizes and analyzes data reporting.
• Drafts and creates standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Works with internal customers and vendors to resolve questions and problems.
• Prioritize invoices to meet payment deadlines and take advantage of discounts.
• Performs higher level projects as assigned.
