Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in San Diego to support full cycle AP activities, including data entry, payments, and vendor communications. You will work with our ERP systems to reconcile statements and resolve aging items, while meeting month-end deadlines and supporting audits.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in AP, strong Excel and vendor management skills, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associates in Accounting/Finance or similar field.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or related experience, including vendor account management.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoice data entry.
• Handle weekly check and ACH payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve items on AP aging report.
• Support audits and respond to inquiries as required.
