Job summary

MSD is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to maintain accurate records of expenditures and ensure timely payments. You will monitor the AP inbox, assist with mailing checks, and file documentation.

The role supports check runs, expense report audits, and vendor communications within a collaborative finance team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years AP experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong MS Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with ERP/Financial systems required.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices to verify PO accuracy and proper approvals.
• Assist in preparing check runs and finalizing checks for signature.
• Audit employee expense reports for receipts, rates, coding, and documentation.
• Maintain and monitor active vendor accounts and statements.
• Prepare credit card payments after verification of charges and coding.
• Support month-end close and reporting as needed.
