Responsibilities

• Audit, process, and code invoices into the Vista ERP system.
• Manage vendor communications and provide excellent service.
• Follow up on missing documents (invoices, W-9s, etc.).
• Process and sort mail and other A/P tasks as needed.
• Responsible for coding, data entry, and accounts payable transactions.
• Maintain a safe work environment and participate in training/certifications.
