Job summary

Oatey is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage invoicing, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation. The role supports accurate accounting records, timely payments, and strong vendor communication.

You will handle invoice entry, payment runs, and expense reimbursements while collaborating with Purchasing and Payroll. Hybrid work options are available with comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting practices and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• 1+ years of full cycle AP in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience with AP workflow systems (Open Text/VIM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payment requests using the ERP system and AP email.
• Post invoices to GL accounts and cost centers with proper coding.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and execute payment runs; confirm approvals and files.
• Support vendor inquiries and audit trail documentation.
• Assist with month-end close and internal controls.
