RAYUS Radiology is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage AP processes for assigned markets and departments in a timely and accurate manner. This full-time hybrid role requires in-office presence a few times per month and focuses on ensuring expenditure validity.

The position emphasizes processing invoices, P-card payments, accruals, onboarding/offboarding for locations, and responding to vendor inquiries. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of accounts payable experience, or two years of continuing education in an accounting/finance program.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills; Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Process vendor P-card payments and reconcile statements monthly.
• Audit team member P-card statements and out of pocket reimbursement requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain monthly checklists to record appropriate accruals.
• Complete onboarding/offboarding processing of new/closing locations.
• Answer vendor and internal inquiries.
