KHS, a subsidiary of Salzgitter AG, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Wisconsin to manage high-volume vendor invoicing and payments. You will perform three-way matching, resolve discrepancies, and support monthly close activities.

The role requires an associates degree in accounting and 3+ years in AP, with SAP experience. Willingness to collaborate across procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field.
• Three years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with SAP and GR/IR reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices (PO and Non-PO) in SAP.
• Perform three-way matching and resolve invoice discrepancies with departments.
• Process vendor invoices and initiate payments per policy.
• Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended payment terms when cash flow is restricted.
• Investigate and resolve invoice blocks, payment issues, and inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare account analyses and monthly close support.
• Provide backup receptionist support as needed.
