Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process high‑volume invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Prepare and perform check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month‑end close.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
