• Experience supporting month-end close, reporting, or audit activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, credits, and purchase orders from receipt through payment.
• Establish and maintain vendor records, including W-9 documentation and onboarding.
• Reconcile vendor statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and payment exceptions.
• Support month-end close activities, reporting, and audit requests.
• Review and maintain MRO purchase order requests and assist with special projects.
