Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience required.
• Experience handling high-volume AP and weekly check runs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle Accounts Payable process from invoice receipt through payment.
• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a high-volume weekly check run.
• Perform invoice matching, coding, and verification.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account issues.
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end close and AP reporting.
• Ensure payments are processed accurately and on schedule.
