Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with high-volume AP environment preferred (10k+ invoices/month).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payment requests accurately and on time.
• Maintain multiple AP workflows and queues for efficient processing.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and research discrepancies across systems.
• Support daily controls, audits, and compliance with AP policies.
• Assist onboarding and training of team members on AP processes.
• Participate in system enhancements and process improvements.
