You will handle data entry with attention to detail, reconcile vendor statements, and support month-end close while ensuring timely payments and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States with two forms of Federal Identification.
• Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and complete vendor account information.
• Enters AP invoices in software with high data-entry accuracy.
• Reconciles vendor statements and communicates with vendors.
• Updates management on significant vendor events or disputes.
• Supports month-end close by ensuring current period transactions are recorded by deadlines.
• Gathers tax-related documentation for compliance as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
