Job summary

You will manage high-volume communications, resolve discrepancies, and optimize payment processes while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with SAP and intermediate Excel skills.
• Understanding of debits and credits as related to Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume communications with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice payment inquiries and disputes.
• Monitor Accounts Payable email queues; research, respond and escalate as needed.
• Determine correct vendor numbers, payment dates, and cash discount amounts for invoices.
• Identify variances between purchase orders and supplier invoices and reconcile them.
• Assist suppliers with payment portal setup and questions.
• Audit expenses for state tax charges and accrue as needed.
