Job summary

Island Hospitality Management in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices for multiple branded hotel properties, delivering strong vendor relations and precise data entry.

The ideal candidate will bring proficient data entry into accounting systems, invoice coding, and timely check issuance, with a proactive approach to problem solving and collaboration with the Purchasing

Responsibilities

• Process and manage invoices for multiple hotel properties.
• Accurately enter data into accounting systems.
• Code invoices and verify proper coding for management invoices.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to address AP and procurement issues.
• Prepare and mail checks to appropriate vendors.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
