Job summary

Wallaby Search & Placement is seeking an experienced and driven AP Specialist to join Detritus' rapidly growing team. In this role, you will manage the company's provider cards and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for receiving and preparing accounts payable invoices, handling expense reports, and assisting with internal audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proficient with Excel, Salesforce, and general

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, load, and record credit cards.
• Maintain accurate general ledger journal entries.
• Manage the Accounts Payable Dashboard on Salesforce, including accounting reports.
• Process accounts payable invoices.
• Make provider payments promptly.
• Provide support for audits.
• Collaborate with other departments on accounting issues.
• Prepare expense reports.
• Assist Accounts Receivable as needed.
