Ideal candidates have 1–2 years AP experience, a Bachelor's in accounting/finance (or related), and strong Excel and accounting software skills. Collaboration across departments and audits support are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; experience may substitute.
• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably with rental invoicing.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, load, and record credit cards.
• Maintain accurate general ledger journal entries.
• Manage the Accounts Payable Dashboard on Salesforce, including accounting reports.
• Process accounts payable invoices and make provider payments promptly.
• Prepare sales and use tax returns.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
• Assist the Accounts Receivable team as needed.
• Other accounting duties as assigned.

You'll manage provider cards, process invoices, and keep our payments running smoothly — with real ownership of the AP function in a company that's scaling nationally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
