Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing commercial real estate team. This role will support full cycle accounts payable for a sizable property portfolio, including invoice processing, vendor payments, check runs, account reconciliations, 1099 filings and resolving discrepancies. The position will work closely with accounting and property management teams in a fast paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of accounts payable experience, strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail. Commercial real estate experience and familiarity with Yardi, MRI or similar CRM are highly preferred.
