Responsibilities

• Match, code, and enter invoices into accounts payable system and prepare batch reports.
• Process invoices, maintain statements, and run weekly check runs to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve account issues and invoice disputes.
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries.
• Maintain petty cash disbursements and perform reconciliations.
• Process employee expense reports and maintain AP files.
• Provide general support to Supervisors/Managers and handle special projects.
