Job summary

Catholic Community Services in Seattle is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. You will manage full-cycle AP, review invoices, enter data, process payments, and reconcile vendor statements in a nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• AA in Accounting or Finance or 3 years of equivalent experience
• 2–4 years progressive AP experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit fund accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle AP including invoice review and data entry
• Reconcile agency credit card transactions and AP activity
• Print checks and promote ACH payments
• Assist in annual audit documentation
• Collaborate with staff to ensure correct coding and timely payments
