Kforce Inc. in Clearwater, FL is seeking an AP Specialist to manage the full accounts payable lifecycle from invoice receipt through payment processing.

The role requires handling non-PO invoices, executing various payment methods, and ensuring accuracy and policy adherence. The candidate should have 4–5 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4–5 years ofAccounts Payable experience, including full-cycle AP processing.
• Strong understanding of AP best practices and payment processing procedures.
• Experience managing non-PO invoice workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full accounts payable lifecycle from invoice receipt to payment processing.
• Process and reconcile non-PO invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Execute check runs, payment runs, ACH transactions, and wire payments.
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries promptly.
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities as needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives and adherence to internal controls.
