• Match PO to receiving docs and invoices; ensure correct accounting codes.
• Prepare batch payments: checks, wire transfers, ACH; maintain audit trails.
• Provide vendor support and maintain vendor files and W-9s.
• Ensure compliance with district purchasing procedures.
