Addison Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast-paced logistics organization. This role requires prior AP experience and the ability to quickly process invoices while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable experience required.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas.
• Comfortable asking questions and communicating with others to resolve issues.
• Transportation/logistics industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with Milo and OnBase is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices and payments, approximately 100 invoices every 60–90 minutes.
• Review and match invoices against pricing and supporting documentation.
• Process AP invoices related to fuel, transportation, and additional charges.
• Ensure invoices are accurately coded, processed, and paid in a timely manner.
• Research discrepancies and ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing competing priorities.
