Job summary

AGC Chemicals Americas in Exton, PA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. You will process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and keep AP records accurate in a highly computerized environment.

This role supports internal stakeholders and helps maintain strong internal controls. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of accounts payable experience, familiarity with Microsoft D365 ERP, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounts payable experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365 ERP.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Manufacturing/distribution environment experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in D365 accurately and timely.
• Manage payment schedules and weekly payment runs (ACH, wires, checks).
• Maintain vendor and customer master files and support GL reconciliations.
• Reconcile accounts payable and assist with month-end close tasks.
• Provide backup for AR billing and cash applications as needed.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and internal stakeholder requests.
