You will manage weekly check runs, vendor setup, and workflow processing, while supporting general AP tasks and cross-training with peers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AP, high school diploma at minimum, and familiarity with MS Office; a bachelor’s in accounting or related

Qualifications

• Requires high accuracy and attention to detail in AP processing.
• Experience with accounts payable and vendor reconciliation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for weekly check runs.
• Process invoices through workflow system.
• Assist with indexing when needed.
• Reconcile statements and process invoices for vendors.
• Set up new vendors.
• Scan and file documents.
• Handle vendor inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist accounting with projects.
• Support department adhoc projects.
• Cross-train with team members to cover daily AP functions.
• Assist during peak times or when absent.
