Job summary

TESO Group, a New York-based retailer of premium Asian goods, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join its finance team. You will review and enter vendor invoices, perform 2-way/3-way matching, and assist with month-end close and vendor reconciliations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field and at least 2 years in AP, with strong Excel skills and experience in NetSuite or similar ERP. Compensation is $28/hour plus a quarterly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or related field.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), vendor invoice processing, payments, or vendor reconciliations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and enter assigned vendor invoices following company procedures.
• Verify POs, goods receipts, invoices, and approvals; perform 2-way/3-way matching and address discrepancies.
• Prepare payment-due lists and supporting packages based on terms and aging; ensure payment documentation is complete.
