Job summary

TESO Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional in Flushing, MI to manage vendor invoices, perform AP tasks, and ensure accurate payment processing. The role requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), vendor invoice processing, payments, or vendor reconciliations is preferred.
• Experience in the retail or consumer industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and perform AP tasks in accordance with procedures.
• Prepare payment-due lists and validate payment details before review.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain aging and discrepancy logs.
• Manage AP month-end close activities and accruals.
• Support P2P controls and documentation management.
• Assist with system testing and data validation in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide audit support.
