Chapters Health System is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to ensure accurate payments to vendors and providers, process invoices and claims, and maintain vendor relationships. The role requires at least one year of accounting experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality and precision.

• Minimum of one year accounting experience to include General Ledger, AP, A/R or Financial Reporting.
• For Patient Payables - preferred two years experience in medical claims processing, medical biller or coder.
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Windows Explorer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices/check requests using automated AP system.
• Enter vouchers into AP system and review for accuracy; ensure receipts attached for employee expense reports.
• Assign correct affiliate/GL account coding to each voucher; obtain vendor W-9 and ACH information for new vendors.
• Communicate with vendors and teams regarding problems/questions concerning invoices; maintain required logs.
• Review system queues/reports to ensure invoices are paid on time; assist with annual 1099 process.
