Qualifications

• Minimum of one year accounting experience including General Ledger, AP, A/R or Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices/check requests using automated AP system.
• Enter vouchers into AP system and review for accuracy; ensure receipts attached for employee expense reports.
• Assign GL accounts and approvers; submit for approval.
• Obtain W-9 and ACH info for new vendors; set up in system.
• Communicate with vendors/teams regarding invoice questions or issues.
• Review logs and reports to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Assist with 1099 reconciliation and process.
