Fowler Automotive is seeking an Experienced Accounts Payable Clerk in Norman, OK, to manage daily AP activities for the dealership. The role involves preparing checks, posting invoices, vendor inquiries, and maintaining AP files in a busy automotive environment.

Strong data entry and clerical skills are required, with 1 year of related experience preferred. Automotive industry exposure is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Clerical and/or Accounting: 1 year of experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Prepares accounts payable checks.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Posts all open items in accounts payable daily.
• Prints accounts payable reports and maintains files.
• Maintains schedules.
