Responsibilities

• Prepares accounts payable checks and prints all accounts payable reports.
• Maintains accounts payable records and files; processes vendor invoices and inquiries.
• Assists in monthly closings and reconciles statements.
• Answers vendor inquiries and provides copies from vendors.
• Supports accounts payable activities daily and maintains proper documentation.
