ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant- AP in Midland, TX. This role provides administrative support to the accounting team, processes supplier invoices, and ensures accurate coding and timely payments within COUPA/SAP environments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in accounting, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; SAP/COUPA experience is a plus. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years work experience in accounting functions (AP/AR).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting/finance degree preferred.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Maintain accuracy in a high volume, detail-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; able to learn other software quickly.
• SAP and COUPA experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting team.
• Process, verify, and reconcile high volumes of supplier invoices.
• Review items, amounts, and GL codes in COUPA.
• Maintain invoices and vendor statements; assist with payments and check runs.
• Assist auditors with AP/cost information as needed.
