Job summary

Permian Resources Corporation in Midland, Texas seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to support the AP function. You will code invoices, route them through approval workflows, and enter invoices into the accounting system with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include daily invoice imports, manual entries, reconciliation of company card and expense accounts, and preparation of reclasses and journal entries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, strong communication skills and organization.
• Ability to code and route invoices, maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience with AP software tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code capital, facility and G&A invoices and route through approval workflows.
• Communicate effectively with AP team, other departments, and vendors.
• Assist with daily invoice imports and manual invoice entries.
• Reconcile company card and personal expenses; prepare reclasses and journal entries.
• Handle confidential information appropriately and perform related duties as assigned.
