• Document Collection, Analysis & Verification: verify invoices and purchasing documents for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Procurement Card Statement Reconciliation: review statements and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Records Maintenance & Document Imaging: maintain accounting records and process document imaging.
• Travel Card Reconciliation: ensure travel card purchases are included in reimbursements and resolve discrepancies.
