Job summary

MCT Companies in Omaha, NE is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily financial operations. You will ensure timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and credit card activity, while maintaining proper documentation and internal controls.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to process financial information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Match invoices and credits to source documents (POs, packing slips, BOLs).
• Enter approved invoices into Fusion daily and ensure single payment per invoice.
• Process wires and manual checks; manage credit card statements and cost centers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage 1099 reporting in Fusion.
• Backup front desk duties to ensure coverage.
