Grand + Benedicts Retail Displays in Portland, OR is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant - Accounts Payable to join our Accounting team. You will process invoices, maintain vendor records, reconcile accounts, and support multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of accounts payable or related experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and enter payables into the accounting system.
• Review vendor statements and reconcile discrepancies.
• Match purchase orders and receiving documents to invoices.
• Process payments, wire transfers, and check runs.
• Generate and distribute accounts payable reports.
• Maintain repetitive invoice schedules and payment tracking.
• Reconcile credit card accounts and monthly statements.
• Assist with month-end close activities and general ledger support.
• Reconcile customer deposits and other balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain petty cash and related accounting entries.
• Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets and reports using Excel.
• Maintain data within ERP and accounting systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
