Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s in accounting preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Organize, review, and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Prepare checks and coordinate timely payments to vendors and contractors.
• Enter invoices, payments, and other financial information into the accounting system.
• Review invoices against contracts and supporting documentation to verify work.
• Obtain and maintain W-9 forms and other vendor documentation.
• Communicate with vendors and internal team members to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
