• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting.
• Experience processing vendor invoices and reconciling corporate credit card transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Concur Expense.
• Experience in a manufacturing or multinational company.
• Knowledge of internal controls and corporate expense policies.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process employee expense reimbursements in SAP Concur.
• Process vendor invoices in SAP and verify GL coding.
• Manage and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
• Review and approve expense reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform PO and goods receipt matching as applicable.
• Assist month-end closing and related reconciliations.
