Qualifications

• 1+ year accounting experience to include General Ledger, AP, A/R or Financial Reporting
• For Patient Payables - 2+ years in medical claims processing, medical biller or coder preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Windows Explorer

Responsibilities

• Process invoices/check requests using automated AP system.
• Enter vouchers into AP system and review for accuracy; ensure receipts attached for employee expense reports.
• Assign GL accounts and approvers; submit for approval; maintain logs; set up new vendors with W-9 and ACH information; communicate with vendors.
