Responsibilities

• Verify invoices and supporting documentation according to company procedures.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor company credit card activity for receipts, coding, and reconciliation.
• Process or assist with vendor payments in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and accounting documentation.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and other year-end reporting.
• Assist with daily accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized accounting records and files.
