Responsibilities

• Code invoices with appropriate accounting information and reconcile vendor statements monthly.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Support month-end close processes and generate AP reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Maintain organized documentation and audit trails for all payments.
