Meruelo Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor and subcontractor invoices, supporting daily financial operations within Spectrum.

You will help maintain controls, resolve discrepancies, and foster strong relationships with vendors across our projects. The role focuses on matching invoices to purchase orders, posting to the correct GL codes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Formación

• Requires 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams while providing courteous service.

Responsabilidades

• Process day-to-day AP transactions, verifying, coding, posting, and recording invoices.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with Purchasing, Project Management, and Field Operations.
• Maintain organized AP files and assist with preparation and distribution of invoices and statements.
• Support safety policies and maintain a compliant, auditable AP process.
